We advised Aurdel Sweden, part of the DistIT Group, on the sale of 100% of the shares in Deltaco Baltic to ELKO Group.
The sale price amounts to EUR 3 million, and the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals. As part of the deal, a Distribution Agreement was signed between Aurdel Sweden AB and ELKO Group. ELKO Group will continue distributing Aurdel’s own brands in the Baltics, strengthening its presence in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
Deltaco Baltic UAB is a leading distributor of household appliances and a smaller distributor of IT- and consumer electronics accessories, supplying major retail chains and B2B partners across the Baltics. In 2024, its sales amounted to EUR 12.9 million, representing 9% of DistIT Group’s total revenue.
