Sorainen assisted the Embassy of Sweden in the Republic of Belarus in connection with the lease of a building in the historical center of Minsk. Our team leading the project ‒ consisting of partner Kiryl Apanasevich, senior associate Aliaksei Daryin and associate Olga Solovyanchik advised the client on contractual issues related to leasing the premises, including requirements for the management and preservation of a historical and cultural heritage building, as well as supporting the client in negotiating the contract with the state real estate operator.
