We assisted a client in obtaining a favourable award in the Court of Arbitration of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
Our client is a service provider from the Baltic region and Belarus, while the opponent was a global materials manufacturer with its headquarters in the United Arab Emirates.
Initially we advised the client on resolution of this dispute. Later our team initiated arbitral proceedings in the LCCI and represented the client at the hearing.
The tribunal granted all the reliefs claimed and subsequently the client received a final and enforceable award.
