In a significant transaction, the Finnish law firm Roschier, together with Sorainen’s Estonian office, successfully advised engineering and professional services firm WSP Finland on the purchase of Proxion Plan and Proxion Pro, as well as on acquiring the Estonian subsidiary Proxion Plan Estonia from Proxion.

Proxion Plan Oy offers design and design-related expert services for infrastructure and built environments. Proxion Pro Oy is a company expert in critical infrastructure . With their 150 employees, Proxion Plan and Proxion Pro form one of Finland’s largest railway and critical infrastructure consulting firms. Proxion Plan Estonia OÜ has carried out projects (both as a contractor and a subcontractor) in Finland and the Baltics. These projects mainly involve offering consultations related to security systems, railway-related training, and railway infrastructure design and development.
