In last year’s Shared Mission project, we provided pro bono legal assistance to Fintelligence during the development phase of its reputation check IT tool.
About Fintelligence
Fintelligence has developed a reputation-checking IT tool using AI and machine learning, searching and analysing information in 100+ languages. The solution provides a reputation and risk assessment (security, sanctions, financial crime, etc.) and an explanation of it, automating the background-checking process and enabling faster decision-making. According to Fintelligence, the aim is to integrate AI technologies, in order for civil entities and defence authorities to be able more effectively to address risks and ensure a higher level of national security.
Our involvement
As part of our legal support, we assisted Fintelligence with purchase of software solutions by consulting and preparing the relevant software purchase agreement. In addition, we assisted with daily consultations on various related aspects: intellectual property, processing of personal data, regulation in the field of artificial intelligence.
