We advised Lords LB Baltic Green Fund (V) on acquiring 100% of Valmeda’s shares. Valmeda owns Holiday Inn hotel, which has an area of more than 7,000 m² on Šeimyniškių Street in Vilnius.

The seven-storey hotel has 134 rooms, a conference centre, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness club, and underground and outdoor parking for 27 cars. Lords LB Baltic Green Fund also manages the nearby IBC business centre as part of its portfolio.
