We advised the companies Heidelberg Materials Lietuva Betonas and ESSPO during the process of obtaining the approval of the Lithuanian Competition Council for their jointly controlled company Heidelberg Mobile to supply products to other market participants.
The Heidelberg Materials group is one of the world’s three largest producers of cement, ready-mixed concrete and inert materials. It operates in over 40 countries and manages 2,500 different factories and terminals. Several Heidelberg Materials group companies operate in Lithuania.
The company ESSPO develops, manufactures and supplies innovative ice and snow-melting materials, which are used to ensure security at airports in some European countries. The company also sells raw materials.
Heidelberg Mobile currently produces ready-mixed concrete at mobile plants, which it supplies to customers of the Heidelberg Materials group in Lithuania. After the concentration, the company will continue the production and sale of ready-mixed concrete, but will operate with its own resources and offer and provide services to third parties.
