We advised Sostinės bokštai on preparation for a public offering programme of up to EUR 53.5 million in bonds and the listing of the bonds on Nasdaq First North Bonds List.
The funds raised from the bonds will be used for the construction of Hero, a modern, Class A business centre in Vilnius’ central business district (CBD).
The Hero business centre will feature new architectural designs, great aesthetics, multifunctional spaces, integrated technology and recreational areas. Environmentally friendly materials will be used for the construction of the business centre. The working environment and the sustainable life cycle of the building were designed to meet the leading global standards Well and BREEAM EXCELLENT.

Our team, consisting of partner Augustas Klezys, counsel Lina Aleknaitė-van der Molen, associates Andrius Pilitauskas and Dominykas Kulakas, advised the client on the drafting and approval by the Bank of Lithuania of the Base Prospectus, notification of it to the supervisory authorities in Latvia and Estonia, the preparation of the Final Terms and on other regulatory matters relating to the issue and public offering of the bonds.
