SORAINEN Latvia assisted Rigaburger, operator of the Hesburger restaurant chain in Latvia, on acquisition and development of land plots (e.g. at 4 Katoïu street and 7 Skanstes street) in Riga.
SORAINEN assisted the client with structuring the transaction and drafting related agreements and documents. The transactions combined involved investment of over EUR 1 million to develop two new restaurants.
