Sorainen assisted Hesburger, one of the largest fast-food chains in Northern Europe, with developing its operations in Belarus. A few years ago, we supported Hesburger in launching its Belarusian franchise. The recently completed project concerned restructuring the client’s franchising operations, including support in harmonising the master franchise agreement with Belarusian law, handling all contractual matters that arose, and registering the franchise with the local patent authority. Senior associate Marina Golovnitskaya, as project lead, and associate Yauheni Budchanka were responsible for this project.
