Hili Properties has acquired SIA “Tirdzniecîbas centrs “DOLE”” from AMD Holding. SIA “Tirdzniecîbas centrs “DOLE”” is the owner and operator of the Dole shopping centre with total leasable area of 8,000m2 in Riga, Latvia.
Hili Properties is part of Hili Ventures, a diversified business holding listed on the Malta Stock Exchange and which operates McDonalds restaurants in Latvia, amongst other interests.
The Sorainen team consisting of Sorainen Latvia country managing partner Eva Berlaus with senior associate Renâte Purvinska and associate Lîva Aleksejeva, provided full transaction support to Hili Properties in this transaction.
