We provided training for the management board of BYKO-LAT on corporate governance issues and liability regulation. The aim of the training was to strengthen the work of the management board and improve management of risks related to corporate governance. BYKO-LAT is a subsidiary company of BERGS TIMBER and one of the leading exporters of timber products in Latvia, with its principal sales markets being in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Denmark, Norway and Iceland.
