Sorainen provided tax and legal services to IPAS INDEXO for the development and implementation of a share option plan for the management and the employees of the company. During the development of the share option plan, we analysed and assessed various options for the share option plan structure from a tax and legal perspective and drafted share option documentation, including the relevant agreements. We assisted the client in obtaining a tax ruling from the Latvian tax authority in relation to the specific tax aspects of the share option plan and prepared the necessary notifications for the tax authority.
