We advised the shareholders of Druskininkai Pušynas clinic on the sale of 100% of their shares to InMedica Group, the largest private medical services group in Lithuania.
Druskininkai Pušynas clinic provides a wide range of healthcare services and employs a team of 34 doctors and rehabilitation specialists. The clinic specializes in dermatology, cardiology, gynecology, neurology, endocrinology, orthopedics, traumatology, and offers comprehensive diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation services for various medical conditions.
InMedica Group, with more than 80 clinics, aims to increase access to all types of healthcare in outlying areas. The Druskininkai Pušynas clinic is the network’s first one in that resort town.
