JAS Worldwide, the global freight forwarding services provider headquartered in the US, has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire Greencarrier Freight Services International once all regulatory approvals have been obtained from the relevant authorities.
Our pan-Baltic team conducted legal due diligence on the Greencarrier Freight Services International group companies in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Strategically important acquisition

Greencarrier Freight Services International is the freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management division of Greencarrier Group. Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, the group operates through its offices in 11 countries. It has 800 employees and offers smart and sustainable logistic solutions and supply chain management services.
JAS Worldwide covers 90+ countries between JAS offices and official agents, and has over 5,000 employees globally.
