Bringing new opportunities
The acquisition will bring new opportunities and will allow KPMG Sweden, KPMG Latvia and KPMG Lithuania to become even stronger market players in the region. According to Björn Hallin, Board Chairman at KPMG Sweden, the merger will also enable future investments and continued digital transformation.
Our role in the acquisition and our team
Together with Mannheimer Swartling we assisted KPMG Sweden in matters such as legal due diligence, share purchase agreements and other transaction documents. We continue to advise the client on the anticipated transaction closing.
Our team consists of country managing partner Eva Berlaus with associate Līva Aleksejeva in Latvia and managing partner Laimonas Skibarka with senior associate Jonas Kiauleikis in Lithuania.
