We advised LHV Varahaldus in investing in Peetri Keskus (Peetri Centre), situated in Peetri village on the outskirts of Tallinn. LHV pension funds have acquired secured bonds maturing in five years in the total value of EUR 8,5 million, issued by Peetri Keskus under two separate issues.
Vahur Vallistu, CEO of LHV Varahaldus, said the investment boasts both strong guarantees and a substantial reward rate. „In both local and Baltic property market, we are primarily interested in properties with good tenant structures that have been warmly welcomed by local communities,“ Vallistu said. „In the case of Peetri Keskus, we highly appreciate the fact – besides the factors that directly influence the value of the transaction – that the construction project was born in close cooperation with the local government. The centre is an important magnet for Peetri community and we like the idea of contributing to its development,” he added.
