We assisted Lielvārds, an education company, in launching a strategic partnership with Tamo Group. In the coming years, a Baltic-wide group of education companies will be established to make modern educational content and technology solutions available to every student in the Baltic region.
About the transaction
As a result of the transaction, Tamo Group has become a significant shareholder in Lielvārds, joining forces with the existing shareholders Andris Gribusts, Jānis Gribusts, Mārtiņš Gribusts and Juris Gribusts, who will maintain an active participation in the company’s further growth.
Tamo Group is Lithuania’s leading educational content and solutions group, offering education services from pre-school to grade 12 and combining education brands such as publishing house ŠVIESA, digital content platform EDUKA and modern school management system TAMO.
For more than 30 years, Lielvārds has been developing education solutions that combine digital and polygraphic learning content, technologies and teaching tools for modern education, and professional development opportunities for teachers.

We assisted with preparing the transaction documents, negotiating with the buyer’s representatives, and completing the documents and actions required to close the transaction.
