We assisted Liwathon, an Abu Dhabi-based company which focuses on the logistics and storage of liquid fuels in niche global markets, in acquiring Vopak E.O.S, the largest independent oil products terminal operator in the Baltic region. Liwathon acquired all shares in the company, which will be renamed Liwathon E.O.S.
Implementing strategy

Together with the experienced management team we will implement our strategy ‒ to develop a network of terminals servicing the liquid fuels market. We advised Liwathon in all phases of the transaction, including negotiating and drafting transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence and providing assistance in transaction closing. The project team consisted of partners Paul Künnap and Toomas Prangli with associate Mirjam Vichmann.
