We assisted pharmaceutical company Oribalt in concluding a logistics terminal development and lease contract with Baltic Sea Properties. Norwegian real estate investment company Baltic Sea Properties will develop a property with a total area of 6,500 m2 designed for Oribalt needs.
Long-term lease
Baltic Sea Properties and Oribalt signed a long-term lease contract. Baltic Sea Properties plans to invest EUR 4.5 – 5 million in the project, which is to be developed near Vilnius, Lithuania. Oribalt was also granted an option to expand the area of premises it leases in the terminal.

We advised Oribalt on all matters related to conclusion of the lease agreement and represented the client in negotiations with the landlord.
