We successfully represented the main shareholder of a company in an arbitration dispute between shareholders. The dispute arose over compensation of almost EUR 400 thousand for a non-compete obligation and the possibility to change the shareholders’ agreement due to the alleged substantial inequality between the parties at the time of conclusion of the contract. These claims of the minority shareholder were fully rejected by the arbitration tribunal.
The client was represented by partner Kęstutis Švirinas, counsel Stasys Drazdauskas and associate Aušra Gaurytė.
