About Fresh Food Production
Fresh Food Production has been established by Orkla Latvija with the purpose of divestment of the convenience food business from Orkla Latvija to the target company through a reorganisation process.

Our assistance included the legal due diligence exercise, assistance with drafting transaction documentation and negotiation of the transaction terms, assistance with the signing and closing of the transaction, as well as performance of the post-closing registrations.
