We assisted Luminor Group companies, which are engaged in the leasing business in Latvia, in the reorganisation process, drafting all the documentation related to the reorganisation and share capital increase to be filed with the Company Register.
About the reorganisation
As part of the reorganisation, Luminor Līzings Latvija SIA was merged into Luminor Līzings SIA. As a result of the merger, all assets, liabilities and obligations of Luminor Līzings Latvija SIA were transferred to Luminor Līzings SIA, and Luminor Līzings Latvija SIA ceased to exist and was de-registered from the commercial register.
