We represented Mustamäe Spa during the expansion of its ownership.
Since 27 September, a 50% stake in Mustamäe Spa has been held by OT Service, a company owned by the successful racing driver Ott Tänak and his wife Jaanika Tänak. The management rights will remain with the current sole owner, Andres Tiik. OÜ Mustamäe Spa was founded in 2018.
The company’s main business activities are the provision of water and sauna centre services, as well as beauty and wellness services. OÜ Mustamäe Spa’s brand name is Elamusspa, under which its products are sold and marketed. Local residents have become the main customers of Elamusspa.
