Our Latvian procurement experts provided legal assistance to a contracting authority in the defence sector in a negotiated procedure for the procurement of a certain category of military trucks. Our legal assistance included strategic advice on conducting the negotiated procedure, as well as assistance in drafting the tender documents, in particular the proposal selection criteria.
