In cooperation with German law firm Pier 11 we advised Next Media accelerator GmbH, founded in 2015 in Hamburg by several independent partners in order to offer media related start-ups a place to succeed.
Starting platform for start-ups
Start-ups which successfully gain the support of Next Media accelerator GmbH will participate in a 6 months program in Hamburg, gain access to the competence of 150 mentors and receive coaching tailored to start-up’s needs. Through the accelerator program the start-ups also have access to German publishing industry and international investors. We advised Next Media accelerator GmbH regarding a transaction with Estonian start-up Shuut. Shuut was accepted to the accelerator program and therefore we advised Next Media accelerator GmbH regarding drafting and signing all the necessary documents for the transaction.
