We assisted Nissan Nordic Europe with the conclusion of an agreement with Bassadone Automotive Nordic on becoming the importer of new Nissan vehicles, parts and services in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania under the entity Nordic Automotive Services.
Under the partnership, all Nissan operations as well as all Nissan’s employees in the three Baltic markets will transfer to Nordic Automotive Services as the new distribution partner in the market. The transfer is expected to close in February 2024, subject to the approval of relevant authorities.

We assisted the seller on all transaction-related matters, including deal structuring; drafting, negotiating and signing the business transfer agreement; assisting with organising due diligence; and advising on competition and emplyoment law related matters.
