Nova Post is a Ukrainian postal company that has expanded its business to Latvia and Estonia in autumn 2023. Its customers will be able to send and receive orders to and from Ukraine.
We provided the full-scale legal assistance necessary for starting postal services provision in Latvia, including the establishment of a limited liability company and registration in the Register of Postal Operators, as well as regulatory advice and the the completion of formalities before the Public Utilities Commission.
