We advised investment management company Orion Asset Management on acquiring Plėtros investicijos, managing the Palanga bypass. SPV-39, a company managed by Orion Infrastructure Fund, acquired Plėtros investicijos from Kauno tiltai. The value of the transaction is not disclosed.

One of the first public-private partnership projects
Plėtros investicijos manages Palanga bypass through public-private partnership. The 8.25 km Palanga bypass is a part of the Klaipėda-Liepaja road. The public-private partnership agreement, valued at EUR 35.8 million, was signed in April 2013 and the bypass was opened in 2015 to connect Vydmantai junction with Palanga Airport and divert transit traffic from Palanga.
