We assisted Patria, a company owned by the Finnish and Norwegian states, an international provider of defence, security and aviation life-cycle support services, technology solutions and pilot training, in opening a new armoured vehicle production facility in Valmiera, Latvia.
About project
We have been a part of the project from the very beginning, and helped the client establish a joint venture, Defence Partnership Latvia. We also supported the client with various matters related to commencing operations on the part of the joint venture, which manages Patria’s Latvian production operations and facility. Furthermore, we provided all legal advice related directly to the opening of the production facility.
