SORAINEN advised Delta Property on the extension of the Alfa shopping centre in Riga with a total project value of approx EUR 40 million. SORAINEN reviewed and elaborated the construction tender documentation and drafted special conditions under the FIDIC Red Book that were tailored for development of several stages and parallel operation and construction.
