In October 2020 investment company Polhem Infra, jointly owned by three Swedish national pension funds, entered into a binding agreement to acquire Telia Carrier from Telia Company at an enterprise value of SEK 9,450 million (approx. EUR 935 million). The deal also includes an agreement on strategic partnership.
