Sorainen Belarus assisted Polpharma, the largest Polish manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the region. Sorainen provided full-scope legal assistance in restructuring business, establishing local subsidiary and handling employment and corporate matters, as well as formalising contractual set-up, handling tax and regulatory matters.
