We advised PPG, the second largest paints producer in the world, on conducting a voluntary recommended public cash tender offer for all the shares in Tikkurila, a leading Nordic paint and coatings company. We advised the client in relation to Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian aspects of the deal, acting as local counsel through the Helsinki office of DLA Piper.
