We advised the advertisement production company VERY, which produces advertisement videos for many popular brands and companies in Latvia, on a copyright matter: it was claimed that it had potentially infringed the copyright of a retail company.

We prepared a well-grounded response to the cease-and-desist letter explaining why there had been no infringement of the copyrights indicated. The retail company has taken no further action in this matter.
