We advised UAB Scandagra on acquiring a majority stake in Šilutės girnos – a company operating grain storage facilities and related real estate.
UAB Scandagra is an agro trading and organic/conventional grain trading company which belongs to Scandagra Group, which is jointly owned by the largest Swedish cooperative, Lantmännen; and the Danish cooperative DLG.
Our services and the project team
We advised the client on all issues related to the transaction, including representation during the acquisition process, legal due diligence, negotiations on transaction documents, and assistance with preparation for and completion of the closing procedures.
