We assisted Siemens Healthcare, a leading medtech company, in challenging the results of a tender for an MRI.
The hospital procured magnetic resonance equipment for planning radiation therapy. We assisted in challenging the award, because the equipment of the winner did not meet the requirements of the technical specification and had been incorrectly evaluated. As a result, the hospital was prohibited from entering into a contract with the winner of the tender and was obliged to re-evaluate the bids submitted.
