Our team has contributed to the Clean Energy Tool platform launched by international law firm Simmons & Simmons.
About the project
The Clean Energy Tool is a web platform that provides legal and regulatory information on renewable energy projects and clean energy infrastructure to international investors. The information is presented in a format that allows subscribers to compare data from multiple jurisdictions, which speeds up analysis and helps inform investment decisions.
Currently, the Clean Energy Tool covers 50 jurisdictions, with more being launched each month. The content is created in collaboration with top-tier local counsel selected by Simmons & Simmons throughout Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Sorainen worked with Simmons & Simmons to develop the Estonian and Latvian sections, which have already been launched on the tool. We also contributed to the content for Belarus and Lithuania.
