SORAINEN Lithuania advised Softneta in negotiating and concluding agreements on investment in the company by venture capital fund Practica Capital.
Softneta is an award-winning Lithuanian IT company providing software-based specialized healthcare solutions to improve the quality of patient care. The company has enjoyed great success not only nationally but also globally through exporting products to North and South America, Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
Practica Capital venture capital fund acquired newly issued shares in the company for EUR 1 million. The funds invested will be used to finance further business expansion.
