Our team advised the leading worldwide manufacturer and seller of velomobiles and trampolines on combating unauthorised trademark registration in Belarus.
Sorainen’s assistance covered assessing the chances of a successful outcome and developing a strategy to come out the winner of this battle, as well as preparing and sending a C&D letter to the opponent. As a result, through the efforts of the Sorainen team and professional negotiation skills the opponent agreed to assign its trademark in part of the trampolines. We also assisted the client with drafting and concluding a trademark assignment agreement, as well as successful registration with the local patent authority.
