We assisted LexisNexis, a leading global provider of legal, regulatory and business information and analytics, with compiling a detailed analysis and overview of FDI and merger control regulations in the Baltics for their 2021 guide.
Comprehensive and up to date
As the EU FDI Screening Regulation entered into force last autumn, content regarding foreign direct investments is in demand. We contributed to LexisNexis’ FDI control guide by giving a comprehensive overview of FDI regulations in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The guide covers common questions about the topic, such as applicable legislation, grounds for review, process details, confidentiality, and recent developments or updates in the field.
Making sense of local specifics in multi-jurisdictional mergers
Since 2014, we have also collaborated on LexisNexis’s merger control guide by regularly giving up-to-date overviews of regulations in the Baltic states. This includes explaining developments in the field and key issues on merger control in the Baltics as a part of a collection of over 125 maintained national merger control guides.
