The matter concerned the falsification of documents, as well as a parallel company set up by the now former mid-level management members with the purpose of conducting illegal parallel trading.

We advised and represented the client throughout the case in all related legal matters. As a result of our work, the crime was uncovered, and the client obtained full compensation (including a significant amount of legal fees) from the former employees.
