We advised venture capital fund Open Circle Capital on investing in the AI technology startup Perfection42. In the early-stage funding round, the Lithuanian startup raised more than EUR 1 million.
In this round, other investors in the company were the venture capital fund CoInvest Capital, the LitBAN business angel syndicate and private investors.
Since its establishment in 2018, a Lithuanian startup has been working towards creating an AI-powered alternative to the widely-known image editing software, Photoshop. The team has developed a technology that automates different stages of graphics creation, streamlining the time-consuming process of creating computer graphics. The company plans to allocate the received investments to enhance its technology, increase marketing efforts, and expand sales operations in foreign markets.
