Our team advised venture capital fund Startup Wise Guys on investing in Lithuanian transport management system developer GoRamp. During this investment round, the company attracted investment of EUR 120,000; among other investors are venture capital fund Presto Ventures and business angel Gintautas Lukauskis.
This is the second Startup Wise Guys investment in GoRamp – in April 2019, the fund invested EUR 70,000 in this startup.
Offering logistics solutions for industrial and sales companies
GoRamp helps manufacturing and merchandising companies centrally manage purchasing and shipping logistics information and documentation. According to GoRamp, the investment will be used to strengthen its position in the Baltics plus expansion in Poland. The company is also planning to grow the team and invest in marketing.
GoRamp calculates the added value of its product based on three key indicators 70-4-20: up to 70% automated human resource work, up to 4 times faster information exchange across the logistics chain, and up to 20% reduced logistics costs.
Comments Ugnė Palionytė, one of the founders of GoRamp: “In the last half-year, we not only helped our clients achieve these results, we also included an additional warehouse yard management module that helps centrally schedule inbound truck transport times in advance, including carriers, customers and suppliers. As a result, we have expanded our customer base and are able to offer a wider range of services. The new investment will be used for sales development.”
Our services and project team
Our team, consisting of partner Mantas Petkevičius and senior associate Vytautas Sabalys, represented the investor in the preparation of transaction documents and advised on other investment-related issues.
