Silva Finance offers loans for the growth of enterprises against pledges of woodland with forest stands or of agricultural land, providing financing opportunities tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Silva Finance’s business model is oriented towards the comprehensive acquisition and development of Latvian capital, primarily forests and agricultural land, by providing accessible financing to enable faster growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in Latvia with local capital funding.
Our involvement
We helped with the initial legal study of operational compliance to help the client choose the most appropriate business model, prepared all standard financing documents, and helped with registration with the Register of Credit Intermediaries and Representatives of Credit Intermediaries of the Consumer Rights Protection Centre, including by developing all the necessary procedures for registration.
