We advised Orkela, part of investment management company Lords LB Asset Management, on a project for conversion of the former Šv. Jokūbo hospital in Vilnius city centre.
The complex, called Vasario 16 kompleksas and spreading across 16,000 m2, will house a hotel with conference centre, as well as restaurants, cafes, shops and administrative buildings. Orkela plans to invest approx EUR 45 million in the Clarion Hotel and conference centre project.
This was among the first project proposals to be successfully publicised during the quarantine by organising a public online meeting via live audio and video streaming. Over 100 representatives of the public participated in the online meeting.
