We advised TC Investicija on the sale of a building in Kaunas where the Topo centras store is located and its administration is based. The building was purchased by Integrated Stars for an undisclosed amount; the acquisition was financed by Citadele Bank.
The four-storey building together with adjacent buildings occupies an area of 4 600 m2. During the transaction, Topo grupė, which manages Topo centras stores, signed a long-term lease agreement with the new owner. The transaction was closed on 9 December this year.
