Sorainen assisted Technopolis Lietuva in concluding a lease agreement with SEB Global Services. SEB has leased office premises in the new Technopolis business centre currently under construction. It is the highest value lease agreement in Lithuania in 2018.
SEB will take up 12,500 m2 which is approx 47% of the total area of the Nova building currently under construction, consisting of three hulls. Technopolis plans to invest EUR 51.9 million in the new building, which is expected to open in the autumn of 2020. Approx 1,100 SEB group employees will be working in the new business centre.
Comments Technopolis Vilnius business unit director Lina Maskoliūnė: “This building is truly exclusive because of its green technologies. We plan to instal solar collectors and other modern technologies that meet the requirements of an eco-friendly office. This is the first A+ energy efficiency-class building in the Technopolis Ozas campus. It has been designed and will be built according to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) “Gold New Construction” requirements.”
