We advised real estate investment and management company Technopolis on signing an office lease agreement with Western Union Processing Lithuania (WU). The company, managed by the money transfer company Western Union, has leased more than 15,000 m2 of office space, making it the largest office lease transaction in the Vilnius market this year.
WU expanding its office space in Technopolis business park
WU offices are currently located in three Technopolis buildings in Ozas business park in Vilnius. After implementing this transaction, the leased premises will be located in two business centres and the total area of the premises will be increased.
After completing the expansion of its service centre, WU will occupy the entire Gama building (11,300 m2) and 66% of the Delta business centre area (14,300 m2), so that the company will occupy a total area of more than 25,000 m2 in the Technopolis business park.
