We assisted Tempur Sealy International, the world’s biggest bedroom furniture producer, in acquiring Bed Factory Sweden, the Estonian based Swedish bedroom furniture producer. This acquisition is expected to boost growth of production in Viljandi, Estonia, by 50 %.
Increase in production
According to Indrek Aasna, CEO of Bed Factory Sweden Estonia, the new owner will significantly increase production and revenue: “Sales revenue for 2018 was just over 10 million euro. This year and next year sales revenue may increase by 30-50%.”
